Privacy and learning records
The learning platform uses information necessary to provide accounts, learning activities and verifiable records of achievement.
Information used
Account details, enrolments, learning progress, assessment submissions, feedback and certificate records are stored to deliver learning services. Authorised administrators and assigned facilitators access records needed for their roles.
Public verification
An exact certificate or reference number is required. Verification displays the learner name, programme, completion date, certificate number and status. Email addresses, assessment answers and private profiles are not published.
Separate Office records
Membership administration is provided in EAQAZ Office. This platform does not copy the Office’s membership records or automatically share login credentials.

Contact the Secretariat regarding access, correction or other questions about your information. Please do not include confidential learner records in a public enquiry.
